employee Assistance Program

Value in any enterprise is with the People you surround yourslef with!

In today's fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment, the well-being of our employees is a top priority. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) exists to provide comprehensive support and resources, ensuring our team members can thrive both professionally and personally.

The EAP is designed to address a wide range of challenges that employees may face, from stress and anxiety to financial concerns and family issues. We understand that personal difficulties can impact job performance and overall satisfaction. Therefore, our program offers confidential assessment and counseling services, expert advice, and practical solutions to help employees and management navigate these challenges effectively.

By offering a robust EAP, we aim to foster a supportive and healthy workplace culture. The program includes access to qualified and licenced professionals, and wellness resources. Whether it's through one-on-one assessments, onsite or offsite training, workshops, or online tools, our EAP is here to assist every employee in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life.

Our commitment to your employees' well-being reflects our belief that a happy, healthy workforce is the foundation of our success. We encourage all team members to take advantage of the EAP's resources and support, knowing that help is always available when needed.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), envisioned by Sam Wilks, was created to support managers and employees in busy workplaces, particularly those in front-line services where traditional assessments are challenging due to intense demands. Historically, supervisors would "find" or "make" time for feedback, assessments, and career planning despite their busy schedules. However, in today's environment of short staffing, high expectations, and time constraints, our EAP introduces a third-party "mystery shopper" style assessor.

This approach enables employees to provide honest and accurate feedback in a manner that respects corporate and management needs. The EAP addresses the complexities of modern workplace dynamics, including the pressures of political correctness, identity culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. By offering diplomatic adjustments to feedback, the EAP aims to create a more honest, inclusive, and productive work environment, free from divisiveness and discrimination.
