WHY EAP?

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), envisioned by Sam Wilks, was created to support managers and employees in busy workplaces, particularly those in front-line services where traditional assessments are challenging due to intense demands. Historically, supervisors would "find" or "make" time for feedback, assessments, and career planning despite their busy schedules. However, in today's environment of short staffing, high expectations, and time constraints, our EAP introduces a third-party "mystery shopper" style assessor.

This approach enables employees to provide honest and accurate feedback in a manner that respects corporate and management needs. The EAP addresses the complexities of modern workplace dynamics, including the pressures of political correctness, identity culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. By offering diplomatic adjustments to feedback, the EAP aims to create a more honest, inclusive, and productive work environment, free from divisiveness and discrimination.
