Open Communication and influence.

In my observation we can't influence the course of events by persuading people that we are right, especially when we make what might be common sense proposals to people who regard them as radical or unfathomable. Rather, due to my past positive experiences we can exert influence by keeping options and communication open and available when something has to be done at a time of crisis. I've often been contacted at times of crisis due to my ability to find or create solutions. I've succeeded and failed, and it is only because my success record is greater than my failures that I still get the calls when the crisis presents itself. This is why it is important to keep the ability to and, access to communicate ever ready.
